Visiting Assistant Professor, Theatre
Jennifer DeLane Bradford is a visiting assistant professor at Berry College and resides in the northwest part of Georgia.
Her most recent performance roles include Rita in Polar Bears, Black Boys & Prairie Fringed Orchids with Playground Theatre, Connie in Red Velvet with Jewel Theatre Company, Small Stone in Eurydice with City Lights Theatre and Medda Larken in the marquee show Newsies with Children's Musical Theatre San Jose.
Her recent directing credits at The Sisters Theatre include Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean by Ed Graczyk, Chicago The Musical, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Revolutionist by Lauren Gundersen.
In addition to performing and directing, she is a current member and on the steering committee for the Actor's Reading Collective. After graduating with a MFA from the Professional Acting School at the University of Illinois, Urban-Champaign she spent several years working and performing in Chicago. Her time in the Bay Area included performing and teaching theatre at her alma mater, Santa Clara University. She also spent several years working as a project manager with The Ambassadors Circle, a collective that inspires, connects and equips others to #DoMoreGood.
While her training crosses various techniques, she is looking forward to specializing in intimacy direction and exploring the Michael Chekhov technique over the next couple of years.
