Henry Gund Professor Of Biology David Bruce Conn has been appointed as an associate editor of Frontiers in the Veterinary Science Journal and as a review editor for Frontiers in Parasitology.
Both journals are based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and concentrate in changing the moral character of peer-reviewed scientific publishing, by providing free access to all viewers and being transparent in their detailed review process.
In addition, Conn was re-elected as the vice president of INVASIVESNET, an international association of scientists and managers based in Helsinki, Finland, that corresponds with biological invasions that occur across the globe. He also chaired and supervised an international workshop on COVID-19 and other pandemics that identify as biological invasions.
