ROME, Ga. – History buffs might want to check out a Berry College Facebook Live event on Monday (March 29).
“About Building Berry: An Architectural History of Berry College,” will be led by Berry alum and Kennesaw State University Associate Professor of History Jennifer Dickey. The majority of the buildings on the Berry campus were built during the lifetime of founder Martha Berry and each phase of development is marked by unique architectural styles, from the gothic architecture of the Ford Complex to the colonial style of the Morton-Lemley and Thomas Berry residence halls.
The event is free and open to Berry alumni and the community. Registration is required to receive the link to the event. To register for the 5:30 p.m. Facebook Live, visit http://www.alwaysberry.com/history.
