TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ON-CAMPUS CABLE

On campus cable TV service is provided by Comcast. When you have cable service or repair requests, please email the Technical Support Desk at computing@berry.edu. Please be sure to provide them with your contact information, building name and room number, along with a description of the issue.

Cable Channels available at Berry.

Berry College resident students have access to Comcast’s Xfinity On-Campus service. This unique service allows students to watch live TV or view any of hundreds of titles in Comcast’s On-Demand library from any device connected to Berry’s wired or wireless network.

COMPUTER RECOMMENDATIONS

OIT does not give brand recommendations for students wishing to purchase a new computer. In most cases, any Windows or Macintosh computers purchased within the last three years will fit your needs. OIT recommends a three year warranty minimum.  Please be aware that Chromebooks are not sufficient for many course requirements and are not recommended.

CAN TECH SUPPORT FIX MY COMPUTER?

The Technical Support Desk can assist any Berry user with basic troubleshooting, but our staff technicians do not work on personally-owned computers.
