Assistant Professor of Animal Science
Dr. Madeline Rivera is an Assistant Professor of Animal Science who joined the Department of Animal Science in 2024. She holds a B.S. in Animal Science with a minor in Business and a Ph.D. in Animal Science with a focus on Ruminant Nutrition, both from Texas A&M University. Driven by her passion for mentoring and engaging with students inside and outside the classroom, she also obtained a College Teaching Certificate during her Ph.D. studies. She brings extensive experience in both teaching and research, specializing in beef cattle nutrition, production, and management.
