Students who are enrolled at another college or university, and who wish to enroll at Berry temporarily to complete coursework that will be transferred back to their home institution. Transient students are limited to one semester of enrollment and applicants are evaluated based on likelihood of academic success at Berry College.

Transient Letter (from home institution)*
*This letter should come from your home institution stating you are in good academic standing and list the courses you are approved to take at Berry College. This letter is to be uploaded on your MyBerry portal.

Once your application has been submitted and your transient letter has been uploaded into your MyBerry portal, our Admission team will review your application materials. Once an admission decision is ready, you will be notified via email to review the decision on your MyBerry portal. Should you be officially admitted to Berry, you will be given the option to accept or decline your spot and will work with our Registrar’s Office to determine course placement and onboarding next steps. It is important to note that admissibility does not guarantee course placement, and that all fees associated with taking courses at Berry are the student’s responsibility to pay.

Auditor Application Process
Individuals who wish to attend a limited number of classes at Berry without receiving grades or academic credit. Senior Citizens with prior baccalaureate degree or who meet the standards for admission to the college who wish to take courses without receiving academic credit.

Credit Seeking (Non-Degree) Application Process
Individuals who wish to enroll at Berry to complete a limited number of courses for credit without working toward a degree. Senior citizens with a prior baccalaureate degree or who meet the standards for admission to the college who wish to take courses for academic credit without pursuing a degree.
