John Grout is the David C. Garrett Jr. Professor, former dean, and award-winning teacher in the Campbell School of Business. John helped found Berry’s Creative Technologies program and HackBerry Lab. He is a Shingo Prize winner for research in mistake-proofing, having published numerous articles on the topic.

View Full Bio & CVDr. Paula Danskin Englis, Ph.D. is Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship and is also the Academic Director of the Berry College Entrepreneurship Program. Her research has appeared in more than 78 publications and Dr. Englis has taught entrepreneurship, strategy and international business in business schools across three continents (North America, Europe and Asia).
